Four moves run through every engagement. They find all three bottlenecks, put a number on each, and fix them in the order that unblocks the rest.

Data, integrations, security, and automation. Usually a few overdue fixes block everything else.

## See. Quantify. Sequence. Govern.

1. **See** (What's really there): Systems, documents, and interviews with the people closest to the work. We document reality, not the org chart's version of it.
**You get:** a written picture of how things really work today.

2. **Quantify** (What it costs): Each bottleneck gets a name, an owner, and a dollar figure. Leadership decides with numbers instead of opinions.
**You get:** the cost of the status quo, and the value of fixing it.

3. **Sequence** (What to fix first): The first fix should unblock the rest. Three to five moves, in order, with owners and expected results. Not a 200 page roadmap.
**You get:** the Fix-First Sequence.

4. **Govern** (How it stays green): Decision rules, review gates, and an operating rhythm your people own. The gains hold as change picks up.
**You get:** a program that stays green after we leave.
